NORDICBADGER ILLUSTRATIONs

Available
Sketch
£30
Sketches are less refined and detailed illustrations for flat prices.
The price being fixed, means that the detail will depend on how much one is asking for. If the idea is very complicated and specific, I will make the sketch reflect what £30 would be worth. If the idea is simple, I might put in more detail to reflect the price.
No other strict rules. However it is a sketch, expect sketch quality.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you automatically agree with these Terms of Service. I reccomend reading them before working with me.
Payments:
All payments are to be made up front before work is started. (At most, the artist will do a loose sketch before payment upon request.)
Payments are to be made through invoices that the artist sends the client once price is agreed upon, (GBP).
Please ask the artist about refunding before attempting a chargeback.
The artist does not do full refunds after the work has been started. refunds vary from how much work on the artwork has been done, but the artist will gladly discuss this with the client.
All payments are to be made in full. However, payment plans on high ammounts can be made upon notice. This is a case by case situation, please discuss this with the artist before any invoice is sent.
Copyright:
The artist retain all copyright for the artwork made. Including sketches, Work In Progress images and the full piece, regardless of refunds made at any point in the process.
If the artwork being commissioned is to be used for commercial use, the client must declare this before the artist agrees to do the work.
The client must pay a license fee depending on what the commissioned artwork is to be used for.
The artist can post any commission in their portfolio or social media as they please. If the client wants a commission to stay private, it is their responsibility to make this clear to the artist.
The client has right to post the artwork on their personal social media (not brand accounts, as the artwork is then considered commercial artwork and requires a license fee)
The clients are not allowed to claim the artwork as their own, and must mention the artist, or at least have their watermark on their artwork visible at all times.
Process:
Once the client has enquired about a commission and the details are discussed, the artist will give them a price for said commission, if the artist accepts to do the work.
If a commission is agreed upon by both artist and client, it is up to the client to make the payment through the invoice the artist will send.
Once payment is made, the artist will start the commission.
Revisions and edits in the sketching stage will not cost anything, unless it is exsessive, but if the client wants anyhting in the artwork changed later in the drawing process, there will be extra revision fees. Try to avoid this by being detailed during the discussions before the commission is started, or at least during the sketching phase. (Exeptions made for References, as getting details right on such a piece is more crucial).
The artist has a public queue on TRELLO, for the client to keep track of the progress of their commission.
The artist will send updates and Work In Progress shots as they work on the commission. This usually comes after every session the artist works on the artwork, sometimes more often once the piece reaches certain stages in need of approval, or if the client asks for extra updates.
Work in Progress shots and updates of the piece before it is finished, will be lower quality, to prevent redistribution of HQ sketched, lined or otherwise unfinished work without consent of the artist.
The client will recieve a finished digital file of the artwork once finished.
Please note:
All listed prices are base prices. The client gets a more accurate price after enquiring with the artist about what kind of artwork they want.
Base prices are non-negotiable.
The artist will provide a few updates along the process, and the client is able to ask for updates if they wish. However, be kind, as the artist does not need extra pressure of constant reminders.
Be understanding that the artist does not draw 24/7 and need breaks. Art can take time.
The more information the client gives the artist about the desired commission, the easier it might be for the artist to agree to take the commission.
The artist has the right to decline a commission for any reason they choose, including during the drawing process. (See list of the artist's "Do's and Dont's" down below if curious as to where the artists limits are, or ask the artist directly).
Not following these Terms of Service will result in a blacklisting and the client will not be allowed to commission more artwork from this artist in the future.
The artist can do a few different art styles for commissions. Please let the artist know if there is a specific style the client would want the commission drawn in. (This does not affect the price of the commission.) for example, referring to a piece the artist has made previously, if the client wishes for something similar.
This artist allows and appreciates tips along with a commission payments.
Do's and Don'ts:Here is a list of things (in no particular order) that the artist feel comfortable illustrating, as well as things they will not do.
